Payment & Shipping

Time of delivery:

Unless another delay is specified in the article description, delivery is effected within 3 – 5 days after conclusion of contract (in case of payment in advance only after receipt of the complete purchase price and the shipping charges). The authorized courier service only delivers on working days and only to real addresses. Deliveries on saturday or delivery to mailboxes and package stations are not possible.

During the ordering process, you have of course the possibility to indicate a separate shipping address. Maybe you are working on weekdays, but know someone who is always at home during the day.

The shipping costs depend always on the shipping address. For example, foreigners living near the border can use a German delivery address to save shipping costs.

Payment:

Payment has to be made 14 days after purchase. You can pay in advance (bank transfer), by credit card (Visacard and Mastercard), Paypal, against invoice or direct debit (withdrawal).

The supplier reserves the right to exclude certain methods of payment in particular cases. Invoices issued by the supplier are payable immediately. When paying against invoice, the invoice amount is payable within 14 days. You will receive an invoice including value added tax.

We ship exclusively with the German parcel service DPD and only within the European Union (EU). All shipping costs below include VAT.

Within Germany we charge for small orders up to 2 kg, only €5.00, up to 30 kg, you only pay a flatrate shipping cost of €7.50 per package!

For shipping abroad, the following shipping cost table applies according to weight categories:

We do not deliver to the islands and not to: Azores, Balearic Islands, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Campione, Ceuta, Faroe Islands, Greenland, Iceland, Canary Islands, Kosovo, Croatia, Liechtenstein, Livigno, Madeira, Mellia, Norway, San Marino, Samnaun, Switzerland, Serbia, Vatican City and CERN

The maximum weight per package is always 30 kg. For orders with a higher shipping weight, we pack a corresponding number of parcels and calculate them according to the above information for each package.

By the way: Shipping costs do not only consist of postage – than it would be postage and not shipping costs!
